Hello and  Welcome

My name is Kathleen and I am the owner of Spirit Woman Healing. I am a Holy Fire lll Karuna Reiki Master. I discovered Reiki while I was in the local public library looking for books on herbal medicine.  I have always loved herbs and was looking for ways to  incorporate them into my life. While browsing through the books I ran across one on Reiki. I took it off the shelf and started leafing through the pages and knew right away I wanted to get to know this thing called Reiki. As I read I felt excited and emotional at the same time. I was hooked to say the least. I eventually found the person that would start my training and began working with Reiki energy. My personal experience is that once touched by reiki I began a healing journey, a healing on all levels- emotional, physical and spiritual. I have never stopped.  I furthered my training with a good friend who I discovered was a Reiki Master after my first Master Teacher moved out of state. I advanced to Master level. In June of 2019 I became a Holy Fire lll Karuna Reiki Master when I took a class with William Lee Rand, which was something I had always wanted to do. William is knowledgeable, kind, and a wonderful teacher.  Meeting and getting to know so many other Reiki Masters along with William was a spiritual experience to say the least. These new energies have brought me a deeper love and attachment to Reiki Energy. There will always be more people to meet, more teachers to train with and more experiences to have. I imagine enough to keep me busy throughout my life time. 

Simply put, Reiki energy Assists and Supports the body in returning to Balanced Health and Well Being. It is relaxing, gentle and stress relieving. When a Reiki practitioner places their hands on a client with the intent to heal the Reiki energy begins to flow through their hands to the client. Your job as the client is to Relax, close your eyes and Allow the Reiki Energy to flow through you. It is very simple but very profound, and it is a very good way to nurture yourself along your own journey. I hope that you will join me on this beautiful path. Until then Be Well
